In the event a Voting Member of Hawaii Emergency Radio Operators is unable to attend a General Membership Meeting or any Special Meeting that may be called from time to time, they may fill out and sign a Proxy Declaration and return it to us before the date of the meeting to designate someone else to vote for them in their place.

If a quorum of voting members is not present at a meeting, or their proxies, then business can not be conducted. If you will not be attending a meeting, please designate someone to cast your vote so that we can make sure that a quorum is always met.

The Proxy Declaration below should be emailed to mail@HERO.radio so that it can be recorded in the corporate records once it has been completed.
